The Free plan has no cost and therefore no refunds apply.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the Plugin. To request a refund, email us at king1856601@gmail.com with your subscription email address.
After the initial 7-day refund window, we do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the payment platform where you subscribed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Plugin from functioning and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund for the current billing period regardless of the 7-day window.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
