By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
The Plugin is a Figma plugin that converts between Adobe Photoshop (.psd) files and Figma designs. All file processing occurs locally in your browser. No files are uploaded to any external server.
Features available to Free and Pro users are identical except for the monthly conversion limit.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Plugin and its source code are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin in accordance with these terms. Your design files remain your property at all times.
The Plugin processes all files locally. We do not collect, store, or transmit your design files. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be pixel-perfect or that all PSD/Figma features will be preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
